Manage your subscription, update your rates, and keep your company profile current.
Subscription management
To manage your subscription, go to Settings and scroll to Billing. Tap Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal where you can view your current plan, update your card, see past invoices, and cancel or upgrade your subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period if you cancel. After cancellation your data is retained for 90 days — reactivate within that window and everything will be exactly as you left it.
Labor rates — how to update them
Your labor rates are the foundation of every estimate. To update them, go to Settings and select Labor Rates. You will see a list of rate items specific to your trade. Each rate has a current value — update any rate to match what you actually charge. Changes take effect on all future estimates immediately. Rates you set in Settings are your defaults — you can also adjust rates for a specific job from the Pricing Settings panel on the estimate page without changing your defaults.
Company profile — logo and contact info
Your company profile appears on every proposal you send to customers. To update it, go to Settings and select Company Information. You can update your company name, phone number, email address, website, business address, contractor license number, and insurance information. To update your logo, tap the logo upload area and select a new image. Your logo appears at the top of every proposal and is sized and formatted automatically. Make sure your company name and contact info are accurate — customers see this, not BidForeman.
Material preferences
BidForeman automatically includes standard materials in your estimates based on your trade and the work types you select. If you consistently use specific brands, grades, or suppliers, note them in your area notes during the walkthrough and they will be reflected in your proposal scope of work. Custom material rate adjustments can be made per estimate from the Pricing Settings panel. Full material catalog customization is available on Pro and Elite plans.
