Manage your subscription, update payment info, and understand your plan.

Your subscription plan

BidForeman offers three plans — Core at $249 per month, Pro at $449 per month, and Elite at $749 per month. Core includes the full back office engine — walkthrough, estimate, proposal, pipeline, automated follow-up, invoice chasing, and finance dashboard. Pro adds AI social media content and auto-publishing to Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business. Elite adds your contractor website, booking page, local SEO, and priority support.

Updating payment information

To update your credit card or payment method, go to Settings and scroll to Billing. Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal. From there you can update your card, view past invoices, and manage your subscription. BidForeman uses Stripe for all payment processing. Your card information is never stored on BidForeman servers.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings under Billing. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation your data is retained for 90 days. If you reactivate within 90 days all your jobs, customers, and proposals will be exactly as you left them. After 90 days your data is permanently deleted. To cancel, go to Settings, click Manage Billing, and select Cancel Subscription.

Upgrading your plan

To upgrade from Core to Pro, Elite, or Foreman Premier, go to Settings and click Upgrade Plan. Select the plan you want and complete the checkout. Your new features activate immediately. You are billed the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period. Downgrading from a higher plan to a lower plan takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
