BidForeman is operated by BidForeman LLC, a subsidiary of Shust Bros LTD, based in Oklahoma. We provide a SaaS platform for field service contractors. For privacy-related questions, contact us at demo@bidforeman.com.
We collect information you provide directly, including: account registration data (name, email, company name, trade); job and customer data you enter into the Platform (job names, property addresses, customer contact information, walkthrough notes, estimates, and proposals); payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store full card numbers); and communication preferences. We also collect usage data automatically, including: log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent); device information; and cookies and similar tracking technologies used to maintain your session and improve the Platform.
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the Platform; process transactions and send related information; send transactional emails including estimate and proposal confirmations via Resend; respond to your comments and questions; monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience; detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activity; and comply with legal obligations.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Supabase stores data on servers located in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer and storage of your data in the United States. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. BidForeman LLC does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment information on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs their collection and use of your payment information. By subscribing to BidForeman, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with: service providers who assist us in operating the Platform (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Vercel, Anthropic) under confidentiality agreements; law enforcement or government agencies when required by law; and successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
BidForeman uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate estimate descriptions and proposal content. Walkthrough notes, job details, and scope information you enter may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing. This data is used solely to generate your estimate and proposal content. We do not use your job data to train AI models. Anthropic's data processing is governed by their privacy policy and data processing agreements.
Job and customer data you enter into BidForeman — including customer names, addresses, and contact information — is your data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process your customers' information in accordance with applicable laws, including any applicable state privacy laws.
You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; request deletion of your account and associated data; export your data in a portable format; and opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at demo@bidforeman.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow for reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted unless we are required to retain it by law.
BidForeman uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze Platform usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.
BidForeman is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us personal information, we will delete it immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you an email notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
